The Port Harcourt base Singer, Duncan Mighty has raised an alarm on social media that his life is under threat because of a song he wrote.
Duncan Mighty wrote an open letter to former Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, claiming his life is being threatened because of money paid to him by the politician to record a song with one of his boys.
The singer shared the open letter on Instagram and revealed he has been invited by the police. He added that he is willing to return the money to the politician to secure his life and “avoid further embarrassment to his person.”
“Your Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, Compliments of the season. I am writing to inform you that my life is being threatened because of the money you paid me to record a song with one of your boys. After i recorded the song prior to doing a video, i have been invited to the police, and several threats have been issue to my life. Please i want to return the money to you to avoid further embarrassment to my person”.
